Wet & Dry Level Up

Working in and out of the water is another elevation angle to Level Up your fitness.

The challenge of short swims with wading back to weights, medicine balls, soft sand runs and battle ropes rounds out your fitness like no other.

I’m not sure where else you can find a session like this one. It’s fantastic in Spring and Summer check the timetable for when it’s on!

 

How fit do I need to be?

We’ve been running groups since 2003 so lots of the people you train will be fit.

That’s great. It’s where you want to be. Right? It’s what we want too. But sink or swim is not in our plan. We look after you. You are part of the team. In every session we set the standard for our fittest clients and provide the all the care, guidance and attention for those that need it most.

Give yourself time and space to improve your fitness. Listen to your trainer, take the rest you need and just do your best. Your trainer can modify each fitness task to account for your starting level or any injury concerns.

It’ll be challenging, like comebacks and new things are, but we’ll create an environment where you enjoy yourself and improve as you go.

If you come to all your sessions you notice big gains in 3 weeks.

Where is it?

This session is at Balmoral Oval at a variety of times as per our timetable. Just click on the time you want and you’ll see all the details you need.

What if it rains?

If it is raining, training is almost always on. We will only cancel in high winds or heavy storms.

To stay dry we train under the cover of the Club House awning or the scout hall depending on availability.

What do I need?

Bring water, a mat or a towel, sun protection and bands if you have them.

How do I book?

You need to book your place in this session:

Free Trial?

We don’t offer a free trial. However if you come to your first session and decide Fit4Dreams is not for you there will be no charge.

It’s a no risk guarantee. If you don’t like it there is nothing to pay. If you choose to go ahead we charge you from your first session.

Fees?

The fees are our regular Group Training Fees, paid weekly on direct debit and are as follows:

  • Once per week: $35 ($55 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Twice Per Week: $49 ($62 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Three times per week: $64.50 ($75 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Unlimited $79.50 ($85 per week with unlimited online sessions)

  • Online Only- $30 per week unlimited sessions including recorded sessions.
