What is it?

Our Elite Events Program is about giving you a real and tangible goal to drive your results. Exciting and intense it's your chance to be treated, and treat yourself as an athlete at any one or all of the following events:

  • Kids Spartan Adventure Race

  • Mothers Day Classic

  • City2Surf

  • Tough Mudder

  • 3 Pools & 3 Points Challenge

 

How does it work?

Here's the style of commitment attached to each program:

  • Extra Extension Sessions each week on top of your regular sessions

  • Keep a training and food diary

  • Your entry in the event.
